Job Description Responsibilities Install company products (intumescent coating, insulation, etc.) following work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Review daily work schedule; ensure truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment. Apply coating per manufacturer specifications, using evaluation code to verify correct criteria. Identify product and its physical/chemical properties; follow waste disposal procedures. Document and report on moisture, temperature, gallons used, mills applied, and inventory management. Complete vehicle safety checks and job‑site inspections. Safely unload and stage material at the job site. Report safety, customer, or quality concerns. Perform warehouse‑related duties as required. Wear required PPE. Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle. Experience with No‑Burn, DC315, Benjamin Moore, or Fosters preferred. Safety‑sensitive position. Local and out‑of‑town travel as required; daily travel to job sites. Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodation will be offered when requested and without undue hardship.
