This role involves coordinating tenant relations, lease processes, and vendor activities, while maintaining compliance and assisting with budgeting to optimize property performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive tenant relations and resolve complaints efficiently
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance monitoring
• Oversee rent collection and support budget preparation
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate vendor services
• Keep accurate records related to leases, payments, and property operations
• Implement resident retention strategies to foster long-term tenancy

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management
• Proficiency with property management software such as ONESITE and FUNNEL
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Competence in budgeting, rent collection, and accounts payable processes
