Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney with over three years of experience in civil and probate litigation for a hybrid role in Lake Forest, CA. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting precise arguments and enjoy collaborative problem-solving. Duties Manage significant portions of cases alongside senior attorneys. Engage in civil litigation, including general liability defense and breach of contract. Handle probate and trust litigation, such as will contests and conservatorships. Draft and argue both dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Conduct written discovery and manage depositions. Litigate cases through trial and maintain client communications. Requirements 3+ years of litigation practice in civil and/or probate law. Proficiency in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy. Education J.D. degree. Certifications Active California bar membership. Skills Strong research and writing abilities. Excellent organizational skills and courtroom presence.
