Service Technician – Roofing Exterior Construction
Graves Roofing Restoration / New View Windows
Graves Roofing Restoration and New View Windows are looking for a dependable, skilled
Service Technician to join our growing team. We need someone who takes pride in their work,
can solve problems in the field, and is comfortable handling a variety of exterior construction
and repair tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can work independently
without constant supervision.

What You’ll Do
 Perform roofing, siding, window, door, and exterior repairs
 Complete punch-out work and warranty/service calls
 Diagnose and solve issues in the field
 Assist with carpentry, framing, trim, and general exterior construction tasks
 Maintain clean and professional job sites
 Document work completed using company CRM software and smartphone apps
 Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
 Make occasional material runs as needed

What We’re Looking For
 Experience in roofing, carpentry, siding, windows, doors, trim, or related trades
 Ability to work independently and stay productive without micromanagement
 Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
 Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
 Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic CRM software
 Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
