Building Engineer
Bill Rate: 35-$38/Hr Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm Location: 3003 77th Ave SE, Mercer Island WA
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Class A office Building. There will be a lot of interaction with the client so candidate will need to have a high level of professionalism. Team Overview: Candidate will work with a team, but will be attending to the work mostly independently. Resource's typical working day: Daily rounds Reactive calls PM's Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry May take on more high level tasks Work with vendors
Licenses/Certifications: 608 Universal license highly preferred
Must Have Skills: HVAC experience Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry
Nice to have skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Years of Experience: 3-7 years Education H.S. Diploma or GED, Trade school highly preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of. Software skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Ability to use email Basic computer skills
