Bill Rate: 35-$38/Hr Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm Location: 3003 77th Ave SE, Mercer Island WA

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Class A office Building. There will be a lot of interaction with the client so candidate will need to have a high level of professionalism.

Team Overview: Candidate will work with a team, but will be attending to the work mostly independently. Resource's typical working day: Daily rounds Reactive calls PM's Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry May take on more high level tasks Work with vendors.

Licenses/Certifications: 608 Universal license highly preferred.

Must Have Skills: HVAC experience Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry.

Nice to have skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Years of Experience: 3-7 years Education H.S. Diploma or GED, Trade school highly preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of. Software skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Ability to use email Basic computer skills.

About the Role: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
