Responsibilities Perform daily front‑office tasks, creating lasting impressions and building patient trust. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care following company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Collaborate with dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care. Consult patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payment and collections, ensuring high quality of care. Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under manager direction. Review data daily to evaluate practice impact. Oversee scheduling, appointment confirmations, insurance payment verification, collection, nightly deposits, and credit card processing. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making. Highly organized and detail oriented.
