Overview Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, and we strive to provide compassionate, individualized care for patients’ needs. Job Title and Location Psychotherapist Intern Outpatient Clinic – CSW / MHC / MFT / Independent Contractor Location: Gainesville, FL Qualifications Candidate must have a master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy Candidate must have an active Florida Intern license or be in the process of obtaining one Work experience in an outpatient setting is preferred Job Responsibilities Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development Compensation Package $35 - $40 per billable hour Benefits Group malpractice insurance Advantages Full administrative support Latest in digital technology Strong focus on work/life balance Work Schedule As an Independent Contractor, you will have the choice to determine the working hours Office is open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment Compliance and Notices E-Verify Statement: Harmony United Psychiatric Care participates in E-Verify.
