Quality Assurance Nurse

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking a Quality Assurance RN for a 1.0 FTE full-time position with day shifts on weekdays and weekends. This role provides assessment, evaluation and support for quality initiatives across PHS Oregon, ensuring compliance with CMS, TJC, and hospital requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary quality improvement projects. The position collaborates with physician leadership, Directors and Managers to implement risk monitoring and educational activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
