Compensation & Bonus Compensation is based on experience, with typical base salaries approximately: 3 years: ~$130K 4 years: ~$140K 5 years: ~$150K More senior and exceptional candidates may command higher compensation The firm also offers a quarterly productivity bonus program. Attorneys receive additional compensation for hours billed above their quarterly target, plus an additional bonus for meeting the full quarterly goal.
