The Company is seeking a Senior Associate and Associate Vice President for Leverage Finance. The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to deal execution, including evaluation, structuring, due diligence, syndication, and legal documentation. This role involves close collaboration with senior deal professionals and Capital Markets to address key credit issues, develop due diligence plans, and assist in the coordination of deal closings. The candidates will also be involved in the preparation and presentation of investment memorandums to the Investment Committee, which includes creating financial models, conducting market research, and evaluating loan market conditions.
