Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certification as required by the assigned unit.

Required Skills:

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
• Proficiency in patient documentation and electronic medical records.
