What You'll Do:

• Plan, organize, and manage maintenance activities, resources, people, budgets, and department priorities to maximize equipment and facility availability.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members, including performance reviews, compensation recommendations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, processes, and preventative maintenance programs while monitoring compliance.
• Manage contractors, vendors, capital projects, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives to ensure cost, quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facility sanitation activities, inspections, reporting, and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of management and supervisory experience
• 5+ years of experience in operating computers (MS Office)

What Sets You Apart:

• Industry experience with processing and packaging equipment such as steam kettles, blenders, mixers, tablet presses, fillers, cappers, cartoners, and labelers.
• Experience working with the trades and understanding machining and electrical skills.
• Familiarity with PLC's and SCADA.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts and work in high precarious places.
• The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electric shock.
• The employee is occasionally needed to travel for work/job related training and events.
• The noise level is moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly needed to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• The employee is occasionally needed to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift up to 50 pounds.
• The vision requirements for this position include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust focus.
