About the team: The REO Program Management team leads key initiatives focused on reliability, resiliency, operational excellence, and transformation across the organization. They coordinate complex, cross-functional programs, manage risks and dependencies, and establish governance and operating rhythms. The team ensures clear executive visibility into progress and outcomes while connecting strategy to execution across technical and functional groups. By clarifying complex challenges and fostering accountability without direct ownership of technical solutions, the team drives measurable business and operational results, supporting the successful delivery of critical organizational priorities. What you'll do:Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program efficiency.Coordinate launch and post-launch activities ensuring operational excellence and issue resolution.What you'll bring:Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships, align priorities, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.Ability to independently manage program risks, dependencies, and budgets while driving timely delivery and operational excellence.Technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle processes to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Experience in data-driven decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement to optimize program outcomes.Excellent communication skills to prepare clear reports and engage audiences for alignment and consensus.
