Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:


• Oversee monthly financial reporting and close activities for approximately 30 entities
• Lead year-end audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages and variance analysis for leadership
• Serve as the accounting lead for assigned regional operations across multiple states
• Partner with accounting teams across payroll, revenue, fixed assets, and general ledger functions
• Support Workday financial processes, system optimization, and accounting integrations

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials and accounting modules
• Multi-entity accounting and financial reporting experience, ideally across 10+ entities
• Healthcare accounting, audit, and financial reporting experience strongly preferred
• Combination of public and private accounting experience preferred
