Account Executive – Healthcare Partnerships (Physician Sales)

$80,000 – $100,000 Base + Uncapped Bonus (OTE $150,000-$200,000)

We are hiring an Account Executive to join a growing healthcare company focused on helping physicians build high-value, cash-pay services within their practices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physician-facing sales , enjoys building long-term partnerships , and wants to work in a rapidly growing segment of healthcare innovation.

You will own the entire sales cycle , from sourcing new physician relationships to closing partnerships and supporting long-term clinic growth.

This is a high-ownership role where strong performers can significantly grow their earnings and influence how the sales process evolves.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → education → closing → onboarding → expansion

• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of physician partnerships

• Educate physicians on solutions that support long-term practice growth and recurring patient relationships

• Prospect new opportunities through:

• Outbound outreach
• Referrals
• Conferences and events
• Strategic networking

• Re-engage dormant clinic relationships and help them re-launch partnerships

• Represent the company at national medical conferences, seminars, and clinic visits

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term clinic success

• Work directly with senior leadership on sales strategy, pipeline development, and growth initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare or medical sales

• Experience selling to:

• Physicians
• Practice owners
• Clinical decision-makers

• Ability to understand and communicate clinical or scientific concepts

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience managing pipeline activity in a CRM

Nice to Have

• Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or aesthetics

• Conference-driven or partnership-based sales experience

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
