Production Tech Sorter (Union)

The Production Tech Sorter position involves performing pre-start checks and safety inspections, following safety rules, and labeling products with accurate details. The role includes monitoring product quality, packaging correctly, conducting regular quality tests, and separating non-conforming products. The Production Tech Sorter operates stacking equipment, clears jams, and assists teammates when necessary. They maintain a clean work environment, notify supervisors about equipment issues or quality defects, and perform maintenance tasks on packaging equipment. The position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can work efficiently with machinery and handle physical and mental demands.

• Great pay. Entry-level, Union Position - pay is $20.91 per hour (plus $.75/hour when working night shift). Per Union Contract, pay will increase to $25.40 per hour after just 1 year of employment !

• The ability to work 7p-7a, with the opportunity to switch to 7a-7p?
