RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge  for a direct-hire opportunity with a community pharmacy in Buyers Colorado. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys leading a team, managing daily operations, and providing quality patient care.

Position Details

Position: Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Job Responsibilities

Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff

Review and verify prescriptions and perform drug utilization reviews

Counsel patients and communicate with prescribers

Oversee prescription processing, medication procurement, and transfers

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Support inventory management, workflow efficiency, and productivity goals

Requirements

PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

Active CO pharmacist license 

At least 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred

Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred

Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and dispensing practices
