You partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, capture requirements, and translate business needs into high-quality delivery artifacts. You help connect customer pain points to product strategy, support backlog management, and measure product outcomes. You gain hands-on exposure to product management in a complex, regulated environment, with a focus on partnership, measurable results, and continuous improvement.Job responsibilities:Serve as a voice of the customer by engaging stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and helping prioritize opportunities for business valueDevelop a deep understanding of customer personas, compliance workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunitiesIdentify and recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experienceElicit, capture, and validate business requirements through interviews, working sessions, and document reviewTranslate business needs into structured delivery artifacts (Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned to product standardsConnect customer pain points to product strategy and roadmap themes, ensuring traceability to business outcomesCollaborate with Product, UX, and Technology partners to drive shared understanding of scope, dependencies, and risksPromote consistent product management practices and high-quality delivery artifacts across the product lifecycleSupport backlog management activities, including refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning preparationAssist with product discovery activities, including research, feedback synthesis, and process mappingSupport measurement of product outcomes, adoption, and impact, and contribute to continuous improvement recommendationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:3 years plus of experience in product, business analysis, project delivery, or a related disciplineDemonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into structured documentationStrong relationship management skills, with ability to influence without authority and communicate trade-offs clearlyFoundational understanding of Agile delivery and hands-on experience with JiraExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document complex needs clearly and conciselyAbility to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, assess needs, and measure product impactAbility to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environmentInterest in and openness to adopting AI-enabled ways of working, including AI-assisted workflowsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience writing acceptance criteria using Behavior-Driven Development formats (e.g., Given/When/Then)Experience in financial services, compliance, risk, controls, or a regulated environmentExposure to customer discovery techniques, user research, journey mapping, or voice-of-customer practicesExperience with AI-enabled transformation initiatives, such as process automation, GenAI-assisted workflow redesign, or intelligent triage JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
