Sr. Credit Analyst

On-site Senior Credit Analyst role in Midtown Manhattan, working closely with the Chief Risk Officer and underwriting team. Responsible for evaluating borrower creditworthiness using credit reports, financial statements, and risk analysis. Analyze cash flow and financial health (bank statements, P&L, balance sheets, tax returns) to guide lending decisions. Recommend loan eligibility, amounts, pricing, and repayment structures using internal frameworks. Prepare detailed credit memos summarizing risks, analysis, and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify financials and support decision-making. Monitor market trends and contribute to improving credit models, policies, and new lending products. Requires bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in credit analysis/underwriting; strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills preferred. Emphasizes attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong communication/teamwork.
