Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, property owners, and institutional clients. Advise clients throughout the acquisition and disposition process for net leased investment properties. Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Conduct market research, property analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence. Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for investment opportunities nationwide. Stay informed on market trends, cap rates, financing environments, and industry activity. Collaborate with senior advisors and brokerage team members on listings, client strategies, and transactions. Represent The Kase Group with professionalism, integrity, and a client‑first mindset. Successful Advisors Have 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment sales, brokerage, business development, or a related field. An entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. A competitive work ethic and self‑motivated attitude. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Interest in investment sales, net leased assets, and capital markets. A bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
