Maintenance And Custodial Services

Facilitates a well-maintained building and property. Serves as the maintenance and custodial point of contact for the facility. Reports to the Operations Director

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists with basic facility maintenance and clean-up, including basic custodial work.
• Maintains and repairs building, office fixtures and outdoor grounds.
• Advises supervisor of general maintenance supplies stocking requirements.
• Performs work requiring basic carpentry, plumbing, masonry, cleaning and painting.
• Operates machine tools safely and effectively.
• Performs duties in accordance with company safety policies. Reports unsafe conditions.

Education And Experience

• Required Education: High School Diploma
• Required Experience: Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Preferred Experience: One year or more experience in a technical field and/or construction, electrical, plumbing and/or facility maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
