Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Package Handlers for a fast-paced package distribution facility. This is a physically active position that involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages while working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Safely unload packages from trailers
Sort packages accurately by ZIP code and delivery area
Load packages onto trucks for delivery
Inspect packages and report any visible damage
Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Work with team members to complete daily package processing

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures depending on the season
Ability to understand verbal and written safety instructions
Previous warehouse or package-handling experience is preferred but not required

SCHEDULE:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:30am to 7:30am

Work Environment

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying. Work gloves and closed-toe work boots are strongly recommended.
