Conduct routine and intricate clinical laboratory testscovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.

Ensure the accuracy of results through meticulous analysis, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining lab instruments with preventative maintenance and calibration.

Support specimen collection and the preparation of samples for testing as required.

Keep detailed documentation of procedures, train new staff or students, and uphold strict lab quality standards.

Foster a clean and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.

Keep your certification current for the duration of your employment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully within healthcare teams.

Independently demonstrate judgment and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced or challenging situations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation practices.
