We are seeking a personable and motivated Associate Dentist to join a reputable, private dental practice. This opportunity offers a steady flow of patients, a supportive clinical team, and a collaborative office culture. Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek)
- Compensation: $800/day minimum (DOE) + 30% of adjusted production
- Privately owned, family-oriented dental office
- Strong clinical and front office support team
- Established patient base with consistent flow
- Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical dentistry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
