Are you creative, outgoing, full of personality, and always coming up with new ideas? Do you love social media, branding, creating engaging content, and bringing a brand to life? We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team full-time and help make Main Street stand out!

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual who can take our brand to the next level while showcasing the personality, culture, and people that make BHGRE Main Street Properties unique.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, social media, campaigns, events, and communications.
• Creative Campaigns: Develop fresh marketing ideas, promotions, and campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation: Capture the personality of Main Street through photos, videos, reels, stories, agent spotlights, office happenings, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Canva Design: Create eye-catching graphics, flyers, social media posts, presentations, invitations, and other branded materials using Canva.
• Brand Ambassador: Be the voice and personality of Main Street, highlighting our culture, celebrating our agents, and sharing what makes our company special.
• Marketing Strategy: Help plan and execute marketing initiatives that support company growth, agent engagement, recruiting, and community visibility.
• Events & Promotions: Assist with promoting company events, celebrations, community involvement, and other activities that bring our brand to life.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with social media trends, creative marketing strategies, and new ways to engage our audience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A fun, outgoing personality with creativity and enthusiasm to spare.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Experience creating professional, engaging content using Canva.
• Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail.
• A strong understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
• Someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• A creative thinker who brings ideas to the table and knows how to turn them into action.
• Someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a team.
• Photography, video editing, and short-form video experience are a plus.

• Location: In-office, Pensacola, Florida
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, creative, collaborative, and people-focused
