Tennis Professional - Junior Competitive Specialist

Overview Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Full Time Junior Competitive Tennis Director to lead and grow a dynamic junior competitive program across eight clubs in Kansas. The role delivers on‑court instruction, program development, tournament travel, and college recruitment for high‑potential junior players. Responsibilities Serve as an inspirational ambassador and advocate for junior competitive tennis. Deliver an average of 35 on‑court hours per week and design a comprehensive junior competitive program. Develop a strong parent, player, and professional education and support model. Research and apply programming features and on‑court tools to drive a high‑energy, success‑driven program. Provide private and group lessons for junior competitive players and maintain financial accountability for programs and private lessons. Supervise, train, and develop a team of professionals to create a dynamic and success‑driven training environment. Ensure court playing environment safety, cleanliness, and optimal conditions. Qualifications College degree strongly preferred. At least two years of competitive teaching experience with junior competitive players. USPTA, PTR, or performance certification at a high level preferred. Level of play 4.5 or higher and college player experience required. Positive, engaging, honest, respectful, dedicated, caring, and a sincere desire to provide high‑level personalized service.
