Restaurant ServerJob Summary

Wintzell's Oyster House is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally.
Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Process payments and provide accurate receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
