As an MP Consultant , you will have the opportunity to: Work across diverse sectors to manage AI and data-driven projects and support programs of work. Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management . Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of development opportunities . Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key AI and data initiatives . Provide expertise in AI, data science, and digital transformation , aligned with Industry and MIGSO-PCUBED standards of quality . Role Summary Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions aimed at improving the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics. Build scalable data and AI capabilities that provide actionable insights across operational performance indicators. Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership teams to transform data into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop AI, optimization tools, and predictive analytics solutions to enhance digital metrics and business intelligence capabilities. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting for AI and data initiatives. Identify, acquire, and integrate data from multiple internal and external data sources. Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated workflows. Clean, transform, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Establish and maintain connections between disparate data sources, systems, APIs, databases, and business applications. Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Develop data models and predictive algorithms to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document technical designs, processes, and implementation methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 3 to 8 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, analytics, or related fields. Strong project planning and program execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience designing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and delivery timelines. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data integration technologies. Strong knowledge of data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management practices. Experience connecting and integrating multiple data platforms including databases, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with digital analytics platforms and KPI measurement frameworks. Knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, or similar modern data platforms. Experience with large-scale data warehousing and enterprise reporting solutions. Certifications in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud technologies, or project management. Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and presenting data-driven recommendations.
