The Housekeeping Inspector at Hilton Garden Inn Springfield plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms for cleanliness and condition.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton Garden Inn's housekeeping standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Work closely with housekeeping teams to provide training, feedback, and support.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to management.
- Assist in inventory management of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
