Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety protocols. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Background check clearance required.
