Member Experience & Solutions Specialist

Interra Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Specialist I to deliver excellent member experiences by assessing needs and providing solutions via incoming calls. You will own member issues, strive for first call resolution, and maintain knowledge of credit union products and services. Responsibilities include monitoring hold times, processing transactions, offering cross-sell opportunities, and providing basic technical support for online banking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
