Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical-Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certification/Licensure to work as an RN in North Carolina Certifications: BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, NIH Must-Have: MST experience Description: This position encompasses the delivery of patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry monitoring. The patient population served includes individuals of all ages. The role involves meeting the needs of a diverse patient group. The work environment emphasizes professionalism and collaboration. Clinical duties include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various nursing interventions. Candidates will need to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in work hours and willingness to participate in weekend shifts is required. Additional responsibilities may include floating as needed to support various departments. Dress code specifies that scrub color is any of the traveler's choosing, while casual wear is not permitted.
