This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliEscort uncleared personnel and visitors within designated secure buildings and restricted areas/liliMonitor escorted individuals to ensure compliance with all security requirements/liliFollow all company safety, security, and personnel policies/liliInteract professionally with customers, employees, VIPs, and the general public/liliPerform additional job-related or administrative duties as assigned/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliTS/SCI clearance with Polygraph/liliU.S. Citizenship required/liliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience/liliAbility to acquire and maintain access to the assigned facility/li/ulh3Candidate Expectations/h3ulliSuccessfully complete all required Security Escort training/liliComply with all company policies, procedures, and standards/liliWork effectively as part of a team/liliStand or sit for extended periods of time/liliWork outdoors in summer heat and winter cold/liliWalk up to 5 miles per day/liliPerform secondary or administrative tasks when escort duties are limited/li/ulh3Desired Qualifications/h3ulliActive security clearance (preferred but not required)/li/ulh3Physical Cognitive Abilities/h3ulliProlonged exposure to computer screens and outdoor environments/liliStanding for extended periods of time/liliManual dexterity for keyboard and equipment use/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to read, understand, and apply written and spoken instructions/li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ulliMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance/liliPaid time off and paid holidays/lili401(k) Retirement Plan/li/ulpEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
