OBGYN Physician

Salary: $400,000+

• Three (3) days of in-clinic work and one (1) 24-hour on-call shift each week
• Flexible call schedule—choose how many shifts you want to take, earning $5,000 per shift!

At our facility, we emphasize high-quality, compassionate care in an environment where relationships are paramount. We are in search of an OBGYN Physician who is dedicated to rural health and eager to become a trusted partner for women and families throughout various life stages.

• Deliver outpatient obstetrics and gynecology services at designated clinic locations.
• Provide inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care, including infant deliveries and related surgical procedures, at affiliated hospitals.
• Conduct a variety of tests, such as pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast examinations.
• Diagnose and prescribe treatments for various disorders and diseases.
• Perform routine check-ups for patients.
• Monitor and care for expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods.
• Meet the required productivity standards for clinic time.
• Engage in administrative tasks, including managing lab reports, charts, and medication refills.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned or necessary.

• Experience working with underserved populations is highly preferred.
• Certification from the Drug Enforcement Agency and valid licensure in Kentucky are mandatory.
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or equivalent).
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Kentucky (or eligibility for licensure).
• Current DEA registration and Kentucky Controlled Substance License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

• Ability to obtain credentialing through relevant agencies (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a motivating demeanor towards patients, colleagues, medical assistants, and support staff.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems and proficient keyboarding skills are essential; availability for some evenings and Saturdays is required.

This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance. Work schedules will be determined by our organization and may be adjusted as needed based on operational requirements.
