Dispatcher

Bee’s Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate our field technicians across residential and commercial plumbing jobs in the Seattle area. In this role, you’ll manage incoming service calls, prioritize and schedule work, and dispatch plumbers based on location, skills, and urgency. You’ll stay in constant communication with both customers and technicians, updating schedules, adjusting routes, and ensuring work orders are accurate in our software system. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on service environment and takes pride in keeping teams organized, customers informed, and work moving smoothly from first call to job completion.
