Litigation Paralegal Opportunity
Austin, TX | Full-Time | Hybrid
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support two principals handling a diverse caseload of Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, and Construction Litigation .
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Personal Injury experience preferred.
- Commercial and/or Construction Litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Trial preparation experience preferred.
