Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is a growing outpatient mental health provider serving a highly diverse adult client base in Northeast Ohio. Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and other professionals to deliver care for clients with a range of acute and chronic mental health conditions.

· Conduct thorough initial and ongoing clinical assessments in addition to providing therapy/counseling.

· Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Qualifications

Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university

Licensure : Active LISW, LSW, LPCC or LPC license to practice in the state of Ohio

Skills :

· Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with demonstrable experience in evidence-based treatment modalities.

· Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong computer skills

· Effective communication skills and cultural competence in working with diverse social, racial, and ethnic groups.

· Preference for those with experience serving bilingual clients and/or using interpreters.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
