Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a warm, welcoming Lobby Ambassador to be the face of the guest experience. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, and provide thoughtful, personalized service in the lobby and public areas. You will collaborate with Guest Services, Concierge, and Security to ensure guests feel seen, heard and cared for.
