Clinical Imaging Specialist (Sacramento)

As a Clinical Imaging Specialist, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support the market leader in surgical C‑arms. Your role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to showcase product features, capabilities, and benefits, thereby enhancing patient care. Essential Responsibilities Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, potential uses, and benefits to customers as needed. Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, applications, and equipment use; monitor customer installations within the assigned territory/region to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships. Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations, promotions, and customer training. Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies. Produce well‑written post‑training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Qualifications ARRT certification and a minimum of four years of clinical/technical experience following certification, with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in performing C‑arm procedures in the operating room, GI lab, pain management, and interventional/cardiac cath lab. Required active professional clinical/technical certifications or registries necessary to image live patients in a clinical setting. Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms. Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows up to 80% of the time. When the position requires operating a GE‑owned or leased vehicle (or a privately owned or rented vehicle) for company business, willingness to submit to a driving record check.
