Job Description What you will be doing Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Assist customers with interpreting and clarifying account statements and paying their bills in the store. Answer customer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Use expert‑level knowledge of technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. What you will need to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
