- Variable shift start/end time: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

- Primary Care Clinic
- EMR: E Clinical
- Support Staff: 2 Front Desk, 3 Care Coordinators, 1 Clinic Nurse, 1 Office Nurse, 1 Case Manager, 3 MA, 1 Lab MA, 3 Providers, 1 Clinic Admin, 1 Assistant Admin
- Average patients per day:10-12 per provider
- Age range of patient population: 18 and older
Requirements :
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
- Residency trained and Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or has Florida application in process
- Valid DEA license
- Must be local, there will be no travel reimbursement for this role
