Local Team Collaboration:

• Community Behavioral Health Center APPs collaborate with a large team of clinicians within the Community Medical Center system

• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible physician assistants.

• Active California license preferred.

• Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an acute care hospital setting is required.

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Full- or part-time, day shift role.

• 7 on/7 off schedule.

• Shifts are 12 hours; 7 am – 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.

• Consulted only on medical issues. Psychiatry is the primary for all patients.

• Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who relishes the challenge of addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.

• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation of $160,000-$165,000 plus bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
