Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.55 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by managing dispatch communications, relaying site-specific instructions, and supporting security-related procedures at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by receiving calls, prioritizing information, and coordinating appropriate follow-up. Monitor communication channels, access activity, and/or reported concerns, and document security-related events, service requests, and incident details in a timely manner. Support emergency response activities by dispatching personnel, sharing relevant updates with site contacts, and maintaining clear communication during routine and/or high-priority situations. Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, and communicate with on-site personnel regarding conditions, coverage needs, and/or observed issues. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
