Responsibilities Providing all Guests with a memorable experience Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders Consistent drink preparation Making drinks for waitstaff Staying attentive to the needs of guests at the bar Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more Requirements Standing for extended periods (8 hr shift) Practices safe alcohol service Legally of age to serve alcohol in City of Chicago Food safety knowledge Ability to lift 50lbs Speed and finesse are a must Meets all company standards Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates Completes all ongoing certifications/validations Maintains a clean Workspace Toast Experience preferred 1+ years of experience Bartending in a high Volume restaurant preferred Benefits Health Insurance Flexible Schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr The Greggory
