Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Lodi, CA | Full-Time | In-Person
$73–$92 PER HOUR — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Sign-On Bonus + Comprehensive BenefitsPlatinum Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in school-based positions in Lodi, California .

About Platinum TherapyPlatinum Therapy is a nationwide provider of comprehensive therapy services. Our team of dedicated clinicians provides high-quality, individualized care while receiving ongoing clinical support and professional guidance .
As a school-based SLP with Platinum Therapy, you’ll work directly with students and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to help children reach their communication and educational goals.
What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.
Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals .
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other professionals.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational planning.
Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students.
Help children develop the communication skills they need to succeed in school and everyday life.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current California licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
