Associate Director, Central Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead a regional Field Reimbursement Manager team in the Central U.S., overseeing patient access and fulfillment initiatives for neuroscience treatments. The role combines field-based leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account management to enable patients to initiate and maintain therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers across Central region
• Execute PECS strategy focused on patient access and fulfillment for neuroscience accounts
• Develop strategic plans and oversee tactical execution in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Coach team members to address access barriers using data insights and account management competencies
• Build collaborative relationships across internal departments and external stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical market access or field reimbursement
• Knowledge of managed care, pharmacy/medical benefits, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Demonstrated leadership success and people management capability
• Valid U.S. driver's license; willingness to reside in Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, or Indianapolis
• 3+ years direct people management experience preferred
• Neuroscience disease state or therapeutic market experience preferred
