To learn more, visit .JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYManages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a very large property, or multiple properties, to ensure the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality as well as meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.Village East is a 112 unit affordable housing community in the Four Corners neighborhood of SE Salem. We are conveniently located off Lancaster and State Street with great food carts, shopping and freeway access nearby. Village East offers 2 and 3 bedroom homes in two story buildings. The community is set on a large property with ample parking, maintenance storage and walking paths.
