CSR-Order Processor

Job Summary A well-established manufacturing company in Torrance, CA is seeking a CSR-Order Processor to support customer accounts, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and inside sales operations. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in manufacturing, ERP systems, order processing, and account support. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, coordinate shipments, and follow up to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Manage product sample requests, tracking, distribution, and related customer communication. Coordinate with factories on order changes, inventory updates, shipment issues, and production-related updates. Prepare quotes, respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, and provide professional account support. Maintain customer inventory levels, process returns and RMAs, and update information in CRM and ERP systems. Generate reports, support distributor programs, and assist with administrative and sales support activities. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $55,000 per year. Job Type: Direct Hire.
