Position Summary Position Summary What You’ll Do Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends and community needs. Model, enforce, and provide direction to Associates on proper Customer‑Member service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved within Company guidelines and standards. Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve as good members of the community. Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the Vision Center by analyzing reports, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, overseeing safety, operational and quality assurance reviews, and developing action plans to improve performance. Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Ensure the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with and educating Members‑Customers, selecting products based on Member‑Customer needs, obtaining measurements, verifying prescriptions, maintaining confidential information, performing minor frame repair, and maintaining optical equipment. Uphold the Company’s Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing Company policies and procedures, and suggesting resolutions. Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, and promoting continuous learning. Support the Company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and providing guidance on applying the Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Minimum Qualifications Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising Associates. Primary Location 1025 HIGHWAY 34 E, NEWNAN, GA 30265-1321, United States of America Hourly Wage Range The hourly wage range for this position is $34.50 - $46.00 . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
