Air Squared Manufacturing IncDescription: ----Company: Air Squared Manufacturing, LLCTitle of Position: Warehouse Coordinator/Truck Driver ----Position Type: Full time; non-exempt--Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. --Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities working on projects including NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEM, DOE Clean Energy initiatives ranging from nuclear fusion and the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-e), and other cutting-edge projects. --We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/Truck Driver to move inventory between facilities and local suppliers, as well as receive, store and distribute material and products within the warehouse and manufacturing floor. --This position will be at our Commerce City Warehouse location when that location opens up in a few months.Pay Range: $23 - $28 / hour, based on qualifications and experienceCompany Benefits include:--Health Insurance through Cigna (optional HSA plan with $10 per pay period matching)Dental and Vision insurance--Long Term Disability Insurance, paid by employerGroup and voluntary life insurance401K Retirement PlanSafety shoe allowance3-weeks PTO accrual and paid holidaysParental LeaveEducational reimbursement--Company Perks include:Catered company lunches on a quarterly basisCompany Summer picnic for employees and their familiesDepartment activities budgetCompany Happy Hours, Trivia night and moreCasual dress codeEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Recognition AwardsJob Responsibilities:Receiving and Shipping, unloading trucks, receiving products against purchase orders in ERPLoad and transport material via company truck to and from suppliersThe majority of driving will be between the two facilities along with local pickups and deliveries--Issue parts to work orders in ERP system and physically bring part to the proper location on the manufacturing floorUse ERP to move inventory between warehouse, Work-in-process, and outside operationsReads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed, packaged and/or shippedSorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as Part Number, Sort Code, or Bin LocationEnsure the Warehouse is clean, accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic--Help put systems in place to increase warehouse organization and efficiencyKeep inventory highly organized and ensure all transactions in ERP system are done accuratelyCycle count inventory on an ongoing basisMonitor inventory movementsConduct inventory audits, investigation and root cause analysisImplement efficient inventory management practicesGenerate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other metricsSweep, dust, and mop as neededOrganize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDEREDHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Minimum 2 years' experience with driving 16-foot and 26-foot trucksMinimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment (required)Minimum of 2 years' experience with inventory control (preferred)Experience in database management, analyzing and reporting data regarding inventory issues, results, trends, solutions -- --Must possess a valid state driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record free of major moving violations or DUIs.Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgmentMust be detail-orientedExcellent communication skills, both written and oralProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of ERP software like Global Shop or SAP (preferred)Location: Thornton, Colorado initially and then Commerce City, ColoradoHow to Apply: Range: $23 - $28 / hour, based on qualifications and experienceFor information on Air Squared, visit our website at you need an accommodation seeking employment with Air Squared, please email View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io.
